Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
my realtor refuses to give me the rental money nor any receipts for repairs.
Her broker says he had nothing to do with it as she was doing the letting not through his office.

The contract you have with the realtor will prevail. If less than $5000 then you will need to file small claims action. Does the contract provide for attorney's fees? if so, then it may be a case an attorney will want to get involved in. See an attorney now no matter what to develop your battle plan.
