Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I am a realtor who represents the owner and rented out his condo which he told me would be going into foreclosure.

Another realtor found the tenants and they moved into the property with only first and last deposit as he explained to them there wouldd be no point in collecting a security deposit as the property would eventually go back to the bank and the realtor told the tenant that the owner would be going into foreclosure but they did have the year to live in the condo and that there lease wouldd not be threatened.

Well 4 months later the notice came to the tenant that the property is going into foreclosure. But the lease would be honored.

Now this tenant is claiming that noboby told her. And she is suing the realtors. What are my legal rights?
