Received this circuit court filing:

"Notice of filing amended affidavit of indebtedness supporting plaintiff's motion for summary judgment and notice of withdrawing previous affidavit of indebtedness"

Plaintiff, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., files the attached amended affidavit of indebtedness supporting entry of summary final judgment of foreclosure to plaintiff's favor. By filing the attached affidavit, plaintiff repectfully substitutes it in place of, and withdraws from consideration, the affidavit of indebtedness previously filed in this case.

We had sent BOA papers to modify our home loan, they sent someone to appraise the house, we had not heard anything for months, now received this filing.

Can you tell me, basically, what this filing means, Thank you!
