I have just received a Notice of Foreclosure on the house I am renting. I need to respond and want to be sure I respond correctly to protect myself from early eviction.

Your response would assert your rights as a tenant under a lease. That way, you will put everyone on notice that you are a tenant and that you have rights under the law to continue to live there until your lease expires.
