Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I received an order for writ of possession in the mail sent from the Plaintiffs Attorneys. The order was done and order at the County Court by a Senior judge. Strangley the Judge that stamped its name doesn't exist. Confirmed by the County Court. Has an act of forgery been committed? Can I tke legal action against the Court or the Attorney that sent the Court document?

Check the actual Court file before you assume fraud. Once you establish whether the Order is real or not, you will know whether you need to get out or have a claim against someone for forging the document.
