Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I have received small claims court summons

For water damage from an overflowing toilet to the tennent below us. They are sueing for their deductable. Their was no neglect this was an accident.

Unless they can prove neglect or you actively caused the leak, the case should be dismissed.
