Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I have received a summons & it is coming from a different county than I reside in. Can this law suit be dismissed? What are my rights & can they come back at a later time & sue me for the same matter?

The summons can be from whatever county the lawsuit is filed in. You still have an obligation to respond to the complaint. Don't let the 20 days expire without taking action.
