Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Following recent hurricane, large tree had to be removed. Since no home damage had to pay out of pocket. Hired tree trimmer, did a great job. While leaving community, his truck bent the front gate. Condo HOA now demanding $ 30,000 from him for new gate and will include me as home-owner in legal action. What recourse do I have?

From your description I see no basis for you to be sued. The trimmer's car insurance company should take care of this matter
