Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I have recently discovered that my licensed real estate agent has been forging my name on purchase contracts (4) and short sale addendum. I am the seller. The closing on the property did not occur for this reason. What are the legal repercussions for forging my signature under real estate law in FL?
