Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I recently purchase foreclosed association fees on a property at an auction; however the mortgage on the same property was in foreclosure aswell. Please advise me on what rights I have on the property.

U have the same rights the owner before U had; pay the mtg. or suffer foreclosure. U should have checked the Ct. file or gotten a title search before bidding. U may have lost UR $. Try renting the unit to try to get some of UR money back. Try a sale, long or short.
