Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I recently purchase foreclosed association fees on a property at an auction; however the mortgage on the same property was in foreclosure aswell. Please advise me on what rights I have on the property.

HOW MUCH POWER DO I HAVE? i ONLY WONT THE HOA FORECLOSURE NOT THE MORTGAGE WHICH WAS IN FORECLOSURE ASWELL. WHO HAS MORE OF LEVERAGE

Rent the unit before the mtg. foreclosure finalizes. Try to get as much money back as U can. If there is a next time, CAVEAT EMPTOR! Ck. ct. file first & do a title search. Do not buy a pig in a poke.
