Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
I recently purchased a house in florida, the selling agent talked me into puting her name on quick claims deed dated same date as original closing but never disclosed she was also on deed and the selling agent. what is the penelity for this in florida real estate law.

Your question is confusing. If her name is on the deed, she is an owner.
