Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I have recently separated from my boyfriend. We lived together for 16 years.Just before I moved out I was hospitalized and during this time he had his sister and his friend come and pack my room up. They went through my personal property very thoroughly and valuable items were taken as well as receipts I kept on file. I have been gone 6 weeks and have kept him informed with my relocation and when I will remove the rest of my property. He is threatening to sell my property as well has been given some of it away! What are my rights to remove the remainder of my personal property and what can I do about items stolen and given away?
