No, there is no right for a 3 day recission of a listing agreement. You may be able to talk with the realtor, however, and negotiate a cancellation of the agreement. Most realtors do not want to be stuck with a listing with an uncooperative seller. To market a property effectively requires time and money. Most brokers do not want to make the investment and will generally agree to terminate the listing if there is a change of mind right at the beginning.
