R.E.contract law

i was given a contract for the sale of a home.i lived up to all requirements of the contract. the seller has not signed the contract and now has accepted another bid for this property,is this legal or do i have recourse ?

Unless signed by all parties there is no contract.

If the seller did not sign the proposed contract, then you have no contract. Without a contract signed by all parties you have no legally binding agreement that you can enforce.
