Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
Recording Property Deeds after death
I have in my possession a property deed that was drawn up but never recorded to the fact that property may be needed to take care of giver
of deed. Also a Will that was done after the deed. Which shall I use. which would have precedent. deed or will. If I use the deed I would not have to probate the will since will take care of the estate.

Re: Recording Property Deeds after death
It would appear that the deed should be recorded. But i urge you to consult with counsel in order that a proper review of the entire circumstances be reviewed prior to you doing anything.
