Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I refinance my home after I got married to my wife and she supose to sign the witness box and she took the paper and sign co- owner space can she do that we in court now fighting over the house when she left me a year ago and trying to get the house. If not mistaken fla have abanadon law what can I do in this case.

U have NO problem about the house. She had to sign the MORTGAGE 2 waive her homestead rights(courtesy/dower). This did NOT create ownership rights in UR hm. I am unaware of any abandonment laws dealing w/ homes or divorce. Get a lawyer to fight 4 U.
