Refinance of home

I started the process at the begining of april. It has been screwed up ever since. We are now at the point where the loan is finalized.Payments have been made,all except one.I am trying to fine out why the funds have not been forwarded to my account. The title company said there was a problem at first and the funds were not transfered. I found this out 2 days later. The title company did not notified the morgage company of the problem. Since then i have made repeated calls to the mortgage company, and they stated they are lookiong into it, and will call me back. That never happened.

Today i got the number of the title company and the owner of the company was called. That call was never returned. After 2 hours of waiting for the return call, i called again. The owner was given the message and she said she was busy and could not take my call. I would like to know if i have any recourse against the mortgage and title company for thier unethical practice.
