Refinance problem after the fact

I did a refinance on my home and the loan is done and funded about two weeks ago

Now two weeks later this company decides we made an error ,there is a pre pay penalty if loan is paid off early so they now want me to sign these papers after the fact, I don't believe I have to sign them, the loan was done and funded two weeks ago, it is what it is am I wrong?

Sounds like they waived that provision, and you relied on it, to me.
