Refund on Purchase Agreement deposit

How many days after you sign the'' Agreement for Purchase and Sale''do you have to receive a full refund of your deposit?The house has not even started to be build yet. this agreement is between us and builder.The new community will be ready in Feb 2005, and it is located in Boynton beach. Thank you.

There is no such time limit unless it is the contract.
