Refuse to let Family in Home

My husband owns the home in his name, he refuses to let my son or grandchildren come visit. He said he would call the police if the come on his property. Can he do this since I live here and invite them?

You have every right to invite family members(and anyone else) on the premises. I believe that if the police were called and there was no violence, they would decline action. Your family has much more than a legal problem...get help.
