Refuses to leave

I bought my exboyfriend out of the house we owned. He refuses to leave and refuses to accept the money from his share of the equity. Everything is in my name now. I know I have to do an eviction. What if he ignores all of the eviction notices? After I have done everything that I'm suppose to do according to Florida law and he still remains, then what? Will the police come remove him?

When you obtain a court order, the Sheriff will enforce it.
