Refusing to accept payments
My mortgage company is refusing to accept payments and returning the money after collecting interest on the funds. I did get behind in payments,due to unemployment. I am currently tranfering sent back payments to my savings account. Can I sue for title?

You can sue for anything but will not be successful. If you are delinquent, the lender has the right not to accept anything less than the full amount of arrearages together with all costs incurred. You need to work this out with the lender before they file for foreclosure and the attorney's fees and court cost become extremely expensive.
