I Was in a relationship before ending it eight years ago...I was threaten and forced to sign a quick deed on a home we purchased together. Eight years later that home is still in my name and I since married. How can I get the home out of my name with bank

Your signing a quit claim deed only transfers whatever interest you had in the property to someone else. It does not release you from any liability associated with the mortgage. The bank does not have to allow you out of that responsibility unless they accept someone else in your place.
