Some relative's have placed my name on a property deed without my permission.

Am I liable for property taxes

If you are listed as an owner you are technically responsible for property taxes. You could quit claim your interest to the other owners and divest yourself of ownership. I would suggest you speak to an attorney with all your paperwork.
