how do I relinquish my rights to property left to me and my 2 sisters jointly?

I don't know why you would want to do this, but you can sign a quit claim deed. The deed must be delivered and accepted to be valid. If there is a lien/loan or other attachment to the property, you may still be liable for any debt that is secured by the land, regardless of whether or not you retain title. Don't sign anything without seeing a real estate attorney, and telling her the whole story.
