removal of name
I was awarded my home in my divorce in 2005, i need to remove my ex's name from the loan, no will do it without his signature, I have no idea where he is, he hasnt paid child support in over 2 years, where do i start???

You start by hiring a private detective to find your ex. I suspect that the problem isn't removing his name from the mortgage, which can be done by refinancing or otherwise paying off the house, the problem is removing his name from the deed.
The only way to do that is to have him sign he house over to you or to file a partition action on the house and have it sold (which could have been done as part of the divorce).
