Want to remove names from deed to a home
my mother and father who is deceased, my mother wants her name off a home she bought for her son. The home is fully paid for, no morgage the court said she needs a deed, they said to go to a store can't find it. Court is mailing a dr I think 219 form but said we must get a deed to have my mother's name removed because she does not reside there. Please help us if you can. Thankyou.

Quit Claim Deed forms are available in any stationery store including Office Depot and Office Max which are located in South Florida. In addition, you can purchase them form online including from this site.
I would strongly suggest that your mother invest a few dollars and have an attorney draft the deed, however. If she makes a mistake, it may not be known until it is too late and it could prove far more costly.
