name removed from deed

how do I get my ex husbands name removed from the deed when i have no idea of his whereabouts, he is in arrears on his child support and it seems as if no one can find him, i cannot do anything and no one will talk to me unless i get his signature, is there anything i can do??? please help!

Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do. Technically speaking, the fact that he is behind on child support payments doesn't forfeit his ownership interest in the property. Ideally, ownership of the home would have been resolved as part of your divorce settlement.
