Removing Name from Home

I am currently divorced. My exhusband has been paying the mortgage payment (divorce settlement) on our home while I raise our daughters in the home. We had agreed upon selling it, and any money gains from it was outlined in the court papers to go solely to me; however, at the time, we owed too much on the house. It has almost been six years, and I am on the verge of remarrying. I just want to hand the house over to him. It was bought through a VA loan as he is in the military. Is there any way I can have my name removed?

Quit claim your interest to him. Of course, if he will join in the deed it may prevent future difficulties. Consult with competent counsel.
