Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I RENT A CONDO AND MY LANDLORD IS IN FORECLOSURE. HE STATED HE HAS AN ATTORNEY AND IS TRYING TO KEEP THE PLACE. HE HAS MY DEPOSIT AND 1ST MONTHS RENT. THE ASSOCIATION IS SAYING THEY ARE GOING TO TOW MY CAR BECAUSE I AM BEING FORECLOSED ON. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO, I HAVE BEEN TOLD SO MANY DIFFERENCE THINGS. CAN I NOT PAY THE RENT FOR THE NEXT TWO MONTHS SO I DON'T LOSE THAT MONEY THEN LOOK SOMEPLACE ELSE TO LIVE. i LIVE IN FLORIDA. IF HE IS IN FORECLOSURE CAN HE EVICT ME? CAN THE CONDO ASSOCIATION HAVE ANY SAY IT WHAT HAPPENS?

You can pay the rent into court. He can evict, if you do not pay. The condo has no right to tow you until the bank forecloses.
