Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
I rent the downstairs in a house. The upstairs is rented by someone else however the utilities are in my name for the whole house and should be getting the share from upstairs renter but I am not.

your lease controls who is responsible for the payments. is it outlined in the lease? have it read by an attorney
