when renting land for a mobile home who should be paying for landscapeing and the replacement of sod, and the upkeping of grass, and shrubs

Your lease should provide for what services the landlord will provide. Also, if you are part of an association, certain services may be provided by the association as part of your dues.

The answer is, it depends on language in the lease. If the lease is silent on the subject, then the answer is YOU.
