Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
I rent and the past month i called my property management company that i had lost my payment and i am currently trying to fix the issue . The property company sent me a notice of eviction as i was late the last month and going to be this month after this situation i sent them last months payment and half of the current . Now i got a 3 day notice to pay 600$ fee for the eviction notice and the current rent . Can they do this ? They are practically ignored my situation and me notifying them of it.

You dont explain what lost your payment means. You lost the cash? Problem is yours. Lost a check in the mail, you may have defense if payment is made through the mail. An eviction is proper if payment has not been made. Only defense is payments. As for the $600 fee it can be negotiated, but start by paying the rent or the situation will get worse and and more costly.
