Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

If i rent to a person with a partial dissability for an accident at work which is under

work and compensation payment and he hasn't closed his case yet, and I lease my apartment for a year and at some point he doesn't pay, may I evict him or it's is against the law. Should i give to sign a release in case that any personal accident happens while living in the property leased?
