i'm rent property from the owner of a house in forcloser. my lease ened and now he is trying to raise my rent. what can i do?

It is not relevant that the landlord is in foreclosure. Until he loses title, or ordered by the court, they controls rentals. So they can ask for more rent, and you can move out or pay it.
