Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I rent a townhouse from an owner and he wants to sell the property. He has been trying to get me to move out where he can sell to anyone and not just an investor. I have a 2yr lease with no rule about terminating my lease if looking to sell. I pay rent ahead of time and follow all rules.

1. What are my rights as a tenant?

2. Can the owner evict me? or force me to vacate if I don't want to?

3. In the "alterations" section it states that "all furniture in townhouse is (my name)" I just would like assurance that this means that legally the furniture is mine and cant be taken.

You have a 2 year lease, and unless there is a provision allowing the Landlord to terminate it early, or it is put through foreclosure or you violate the lease as decided by a court, the Landlord has a big problem.

No they cannot evict you or force you to vacate without legal cause. They can sell the property subject to your lease. They can also try to buy you out voluntarily to get you to move.

I cannot say for sure about the furniture without more, but it sure seems like it is yours. However, this provision could be taken out of context and mean something else.
