rental agreement
Rented a home for 2 years, purchased a home 2 mos. ago, 2months prior to rental lease expiring. I have paid out the lease, however, owner now is saying I am responsible for keeping the utilities on for the next 2 mos. and also for any damages that might occur even though I am out of the house and a have turned over the keys. Is this legal?
