If I have a lease with a landlord and I have given a 60day notice and we agreed to terminate the lease after the 60days and have paid up to that date, can the landlord resisn a lease with another party while I still accupy the residence

Of course, why not, as long as the new lessee doesn't attempt to move in until you move out?
