rental ?

Can an apartment complex charge you a nsf fee and late fees up to the date you found that the check was bounced? it was an innocent error on our part. The payment wasnt late. we forgot to deposit a check.

Yes, innocent error or not, you breached your agreement with the apartment complex and are responsible for all damages set forth in the lease. The complex should not be penalized for your failure to make a deposit.
