Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I did a rental application. The real estate charged me $200 for application fee ($50 for each adult). They ask me by text message my address to send the money back but they didn�t. I sent another text message with ma address again and ask for a confirmation and they didn�t answer me back.

I have all text message that they send me.

What I can do?

You could hire an attorney to send a demand letter. it may cost you the same as what you are owed. You could file small claims action but that will cost you more than you are owed. Your legal answers are not great. may not be worth pursuing the refund in the court system.
