I have rental home can bank put a lien on homesteaded primary home to try to collect late payment on rental?

The bank can obtain a judgment against you for monies due and owing. That judgment will be a lien on all real and personal property. If the property qualifies as homestead it cannot be forced to sale to pay this debt. Homestead is a legal term per the constitution NOT the exemption given for property tax purposes
