Rental Home damage waiver form needed

Hello, I am lookiing for a damage waiver to have my renters sign, to allow me to charge their credit card in case of any damage that occurs durring their stay.

Could you please direct me to a form that I could use.

Good luck, but remember it is better to hold a deposit than hope you get an authorization on a credit card.
