Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
I own a few rental properties and hear that incorporating was a smart thing to do. I wanted to know if I should incorporate and then do a LP for each rental property? would this make sense or is there a better way to set up rental properties.
As well whats the difference between a C and S Corporation and which would make more sense if I Incorporate?
I have also heard a lot about incorporating in Deleware, Nevada but I live in Florida and my properties are also located here so what would be best?
