Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

We have a rental property that has been modified for handicap accessibility. How can we reach people (through ads) who need the accessibility without using "discriminatory" language? For example, can we use "handicap accessibility" or "wheelchair/walker" in the description of the property or is that discriminatory? What about "barrier-free"? Thanks for your help!

If the property has been fully updated to be barrier free you can say that. You can also state ADA friendly or ADA accessible in your ad.
