Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
rental restrictions in a ''gated community''
I reside in a ''gated'', non-age restricted community with some very nice homes, and other homes built by a ''less appealing'' builder who has only bees able to sell some of his homes to out of town ''investors'' and ''flippers''. This has brought a significant problem, especially regarding the number of homes for rent by both private owners and that builder. Can we put a percentage of homes available for rent in our POA Covenants and restrictions? Please?!!

Yes , but that requires an amendment of the documents, which is no easy task.
