Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

We rented a condo, signed a lease, sent a deposit and are now told its sold. They said they will refund the deposit but we made flight arrangments, bought event tickets. What is our recourse

You need an attorney to review your lease. There my be some action other than return of your deposit that you can pursue.
