Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I rented a home and had a deposit, in my lease it states that the leasing company has 30 days to notify me if they intend to claim against the deposit. They sent the letter of claim on the 30th day and I did not receive it until the 33nd day. Did their time run out or did they squeak it in on the last day?
