Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Renter of foreclosing condo

I just received a summons saying that the condo that I am currently renting is going into foreclosure because no payments have been made on it for the past 6 months.

What options do I have to keep renting? Should I still be paying rent?

Re: Renter of foreclosing condo

You are still obligated to uphold your end of the lease until you are ordered to vacate by the court. Chances are your lease will be up before the foreclosure goes through.
