Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I have renters that keep extra people in the house all the time. The lease specifies 3 adults and 3 children max, but they always go over that. Now they have their mother and father and brother there. When I ask them about it, they say they are just visiting for a month. Do I have any legal rights? There are a minimum of 8-10 people there all the time and I have had to empty their septic 3 times in the year they have been there.

Your written lease agreement controls. You need to have that lease reviewed by an attorney. You may need to given them written notice that they are in breach and they need to comply within a specified time. Assuming they dont, then you may need to terminate the lease and notify them of that and that you intend to evict them. If they dont move, then you would need to file the eviction. Start by reviewing your lease with an attorney.
